The contents of CBA Online reports, BorderBills™, and BorderTrends Monthly™, may not be edited, reprinted, electronically posted, sold, or redistributed in any manner (except for personal, non-commercial use) unless permission has been previously received from Crossborder Business Associates (cbaonline@crossborderbusiness.com or via phone [619-710-8120]).  Violations shall be considered infringement of copyright and intellectual property laws, and will be pursued as such.  Excerpts of less than 50 words or less may be cited without permission if “CrossborderBusiness.com” is specifically and legibly mentioned as the source; electronic citations must include an active link to www.crossborderbusiness.com .
