research and strategic guidance for the Crossborder Innovation
and Competitiveness Initiative -- with the goal of assessing
possible crossborder synergies in high-tech sectors in the San
Diego-Baja California region. Later, CBA's Director
supported development of this study as its lead researcher and
lead co-author (2006). |
